FIRST NEW CARD FOR 2010

A VERY HAPPY 2010 TO EVERYONE.

With my personal life as it has been, my blog has got neglected, so thought I would start the new year on a positive note & add a card.
A new venture for me, a stamped (by me) and promarker coloured (by me) card.
Those of you who know me well know that decoupage is really my thing, so this card was a big moment for me.
Its not totally finished, I need to add a sentiment, but have not decided yet what its going to be.
I hope you like it and all comments gratefully received.

More Decoupatch

Decoupatch Items

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here much lately, what with one thing and another. My home life has been rather manic, upsetting & various other things too.
Anyway, I have, along with my cards, covered a box with decoupatch paper(the box was part of a birthday present from a friend who knows I love decoupatch ). I love the technique. Its very therapeutic & the results are fantastic. I have a photo here of the box lid, decorated with some chipboard & a lovely metal handle. I had great fun covering this. Ive also added photos of previous decoupatch projects, a great tissue box & a very very cheap plastic vase, both of which have had a decoupatch make-over. I hope you like them. Something a bit different from cards ;-). Im just waiting for some new papers to arrive & I will be covering another box, this time with christmas papers, to store my made up christmas cards in. WHAT A MONTH

Well I had a fantastic birthday at the beginning of September, with loads & loads of fantastic cards from my crafting friends, thank you all of you who sent cards.
Life has got in the way of everything crafting so much, that it has all been neglected, my blog especially. So Im here to make up for it now with my latest makes, some very dodgy pictures of christmas cards, made of my Sis in law.

NOT MUCH TIME

Ihave had a tough month this month. Huge family problems have prevented me from much crafting, or indeed, even being on the computer. I have made no ATCs at all & only 4 cards. Im quite upset really but family is most important & things need sorting out, so please bear with me, please keep visiting & keep the comments coming, they are the only thing that makes things worthwhile.
